I'm an HR recruiter working across Dubai and Singapore, with ten years in HR and recruitment / talent acquisition behind me.
My career didn't start in HR. It started as cabin crew, then in customer service. Those jobs taught me how to read people fast, work across cultures, and stay calm when things get messy. Turns out that's most of recruitment too.
In Dubai, I run full-cycle hiring across one of the busiest talent markets in the region. Sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding. All of it.
In Singapore, I know the regulatory of EP, S Pass, and Work Permit processing, COMPASS scoring, FCF job ad compliance, TAFEP fair hiring, and payroll with CPF, SDL, and IR8A filings.
I use AI sourcing tools and ATS platforms where they save time. But deciding whether someone is actually right for a role? That part is still me.
